Cellar Organization

Cellar Stewards will come to your cellar location(s) to catalog the contents in full.

This is an extensive process, by which each bottle is inventoried and classified by country, region, sub-region, producer, vintage, quantity, format, and location. Cellar Stewards will create and set-up your personal, online cellar account into an online tracking tool. Once you are set-up and all the wines from your cellar will be accurately captured and uploaded into your account. You can enter, view and update your entire collection by producer, wine and vintage, quantity and bottle size, physical location detail, purchase information, tasting notes, drink term, and more.

The team will additionally research and enter a customized feature of Robert Parker and Wine Spectator ratings and tasting notes, drink by dates, and producer and wine information so that you can further learn about these wines. This information is uploaded into your online, personal cellar management account allowing you to access all the information you will need on each bottle in your collection.

In the next phase the team will come back and completely organize the contents of your cellar based on country, region and sub region and/or producer. All wine bottles will be labeled with bar codes that are tracked with a bar code scanning system.

This service and package can include a iPad, label printer and wireless scanner. After each bottle has been uniquely labeled, your Cellar Steward will provide you with instructions on how to use your new state-of-the-art system.

Many of our clients enjoy running reports on which of their wines should be consumed now, or those that are quickly approaching full maturity.

Cellar Stewards also offers monthly service, or as needed
to help with your cellar maintenance requirements.
